Hospice isn’t a place; it is a philosophy of care. Our special care addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient, wherever they reside.  We'll provide care for you or your loved one at home, in an assisted living facility, or in a senior living facility.

Our physicians and nurses will provide the needed medical care to you or your loved one at your residence.  Our CNAs offer the day to day care that you or your loved one may need, from bathing to helping with feeding at meal time.  Our social workers care for the whole family, providing support as family members deal with their emotions. Our chaplains offer non-denominational spiritual support, if desired.  We respect all cultures, and our multi-lingual staff is there for you every step of the way.

No matter how simple or how complex your care plan, we are there for you.  Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance cover most of the cost of hospice care.  As a not-for-profit hospice, we offer all services regardless of your ability to pay. 

 Our CEO, David Fielding, recalls golfing with his dad just four months before he passed away.  That’s the essence of our hospice care - allowing people to do what they love to do, for as long as they are able.
